Leatherwood Custom Branding & Workwear is looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoy building long-term customer relationships, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview:
You will be the main point of contact for both new and returning customers—assisting them through our product and decoration options, preparing invoices, and working closely with our production team to provide decoration ready art files. You'll play a key role in delivering a smooth, high-quality customer experience from first inquiry to final product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound sales inquiries and proactively follow up with leads
Provide expert guidance on product selection, decoration techniques, and timelines while building strong customer relationships
Prepare and provide customers with accurate digital product mockups and designs specific to their brand
Prepare quotes, order forms, and files for the production team
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and internal systems

Qualifications:

Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Proficient with cloud-based tools, spreadsheets, and email systems
Comfortable managing multiple sales projects and deadlines simultaneously
Class 5A Drivers License 

Nice To Have
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or graphic design software
Previous experience with CRM & Production Software
Experience in Inside Sales & Customer Service
Compensation:
$18.00–$28.00/hour base salary 
Additional monthly performance bonuses based on sales targets
