Leather patch hat questions

Is there a minimum order?

24 pieces per order. You can mix hat models, colours and sizes to get there, and toques count too, so 12 trucker hats and 12 toques works.

Is it real leather?

Yes. Every patch is real leather with your logo laser-engraved into it, so the design is engraved into the leather, not printed on.

Will the patch peel or fall off?

On our Canadian Business Booster Pack a stitched border sews the patch to the hat, so it doesn't peel. Your mockup and quote say how yours goes on. If the patch on a pack peels, frays or falls off within a year, we remake it free.

Can my logo be in colour on leather?

Leather is engraved, so your logo shows in one tone. Classic tan gives the boldest contrast, and darker leathers are there if your brand needs them. If your logo needs its colours, look at a 3DResin patch.

What shapes can the patch be?

Round, oval, square, rectangle, hexagon, a badge, a cattle tag, or your own outline. Tell us on the form and it goes on your mockup.

Can I mix hat styles and colours?

Yes. Mix hat models, colours and sizes in one order. Every hat gets your logo in the same decoration style.

Do I see it before I pay?

Yes. Send your logo and you get a free mockup within 1 business day. Nothing is made or charged until you approve it.

I don't have a good logo file. Can you still do it?

Yes. Send anything: a photo of your logo, your truck door, even a napkin sketch. We redraw it clean, and the file is yours to keep.

How long does it take?

Your mockup comes within 1 business day. Once you approve it and pay, a hat pack ships within 10 business days. Other orders take about 2 weeks from art approval.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes. We ship anywhere in Canada, and shipping is free on our hat packs.
