Absolutely INCREDIBLE quality! I'm a small business located in Northern Ontario and these guys absolutely KILLED it!! I've never had customers of my handyman business want to buy my uniforms that my guys wear before, that's how you can tell it's awesome!! I'm not even in the business of selling our uniforms/apparel but now it looks like I'll have to be!! 3DResin patch hat questions

What is a 3DResin patch?

Our raised, full-colour patch. Every colour in your logo is printed, shaded and detailed, then covered with a shiny domed gloss coat. You can put a gradient or full colour behind your logo.

Is 3DResin the same as a PVC or rubber patch?

No. We don't make PVC or rubber patches. A 3DResin patch is printed in full colour and gloss-coated. If you like the raised look of a PVC patch, ask for a 3DResin mockup.

When should I pick 3DResin instead of leather?

When colour is part of your logo: several colours, a coloured background, or fine colour detail that would be lost in one tone. Leather is engraved in one tone. Not sure? We can mock up both.

Can it show gradients or fine detail?

Yes. 3DResin prints every colour in your logo, shaded and detailed, and the background can be a gradient or full-bleed colour.

Is there a minimum order?

24 pieces per order. You can mix hat models, colours and sizes to get there, and toques count too.

Can I mix hat styles and colours?

Yes. Mix any hat models and colours in one order. Every hat gets your logo in the same style.

Will the patch peel or fall off?

If the patch on a pack peels, frays or falls off within a year, we remake it free. Your mockup and quote say how yours goes on.

Do I see it before I pay?

Yes. Send your logo and you get a free mockup within 1 business day. Nothing is made or charged until you approve it.

How long does it take?

Your mockup comes within 1 business day. Once you approve it and pay, a hat pack ships within 10 business days. Other orders take about 2 weeks from art approval.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes. We ship anywhere in Canada, and shipping is free on our hat packs.
