Position: Production Team Member - Sewing

Location: Brandon, Manitoba

Shift: Day Shift - Full Time 

Leatherwood Custom Workwear is seeking a Production Team Member to assist our sewing department in producing custom branded apparel and hats. If you're a go-getter with a passion for creativity and craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview:
As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for sewing leather patch hats and toques, printing t-shirts, engraving mugs and general production tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the production of our top-quality products and meeting tight deadlines. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment with the opportunity to learn new skills and create personal projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Sew leather patches onto hats and toques with precision and attention to detail.
Operate equipment to create custom designs on clothing.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards.

Qualifications:
Previous sewing experience desired but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality items.
A strong work ethic and ability to hustle to meet production targets.

Compensation: $16.50/hour - $19.00/hour 
Wage determined based on previous experience. Room for growth throughout the season should production goals be met or exceeded. Hustle and attention to detail will be rewarded accordingly.
